Yanchi's ability to craft compelling narratives and ensure clear, impactful messaging significantly strengthened our outreach. He is a dedicated, results-driven professional with a deep sense of purpose. I highly recommend him as a person who truly makes an impact.
Authenticity that performs
Real human taste. Animal instinct. Emotional truth.
A deeper eye on your work — your audience's perspective, with sharp feedback tuned to where it quietly lives or dies — and the creative moves that take it further.
The difference real awareness makes
When anyone can generate anything, only a human touch still moves people — taste, judgment, honesty.
Emotional pull
Not just right — they feel it.
Pacing that holds
Cuts, beats, breathing room. They stay.
Atmosphere they sink into
The quality they stay for.
Hooks that catch
Smart and strong — you're in for the rest.
Stories that flow
From "fine" to genuinely memorable.
Reads as human
Because it is. The instinct AI can't fake.
"AI gives you speed. It can't give you spirit."
The work itself
Not a checklist — lenses for whatever you make, AI or hand-built.
Sharpened to your piece: audio, video, text, image, music.
Creative direction
Tone, pacing, arc — the bones beneath.
Emotional review
What they feel — not what you intended.
Taste
filtering
Cut the generic. The line to truly yours.
Audience reading
What lands, and for whom.
Creative identity
The throughline — unmistakably you.
Human interpretation
Seen, felt, remembered.
When AI is guided by human taste.
AI-generated sound, shaped by human intention into something more coherent and emotionally honest.
Every project is unique…
Some work needs a quick gut-check, some a long, careful look.
You set the depth.
Focused emotional review
- One piece, read closely — what lands, what loses them, and why.
- A clear written breakdown with prioritised, actionable notes.
- One round of follow-up questions, answered in writing.
Full creative direction
- Structure, pacing and emotional arc, shaped across several drafts.
- Clear written direction at each stage — a plan, not an opinion.
- Revise at your pace — written feedback whenever you need it.
Longer creative collaboration
- Consistent direction across everything you release.
- Written notes on every piece, so the work compounds and sharpens.
- Priority, always-on access — I stay in the loop between pieces, in writing.
Each project is priced by mutual agreement — to its actual size, length and scope.
The person behind the work
I've spent my life noticing what others miss in art and performance — and learning to name why something works, or doesn't.
I grew up in Europe with an early instinct for art. A year-long scholarship in Southeast Asia gave me a second viewpoint — two cultures from inside, local versus universal. That double lens never left me.
A Master of Arts in theater dramaturgy, directing, and reviewing — formal training in exactly the craft I bring to your work: reading text, story, rhythm, music and performance as one. Theater teaches one thing: no second take. If the audience isn't with you, you've lost them — nowhere to hide from inauthenticity.
Some I trained with now perform on national stages and in European film. After several independent art projects, I spent a few years coaching young actors.
Then I brought that lens into tech — creative review, feedback, growth for a global community app, human-first. We grew it past what we'd hoped for.
Now I bring that same lens straight to creators — wherever they work.
AI made it cheap to produce.
I help make it worth watching.
